Hi, I'm Shannon and I'm a Personal Trainer and Glute Specialist, based at Luxe Fitness Club in Bristol. With 5 years experience working with a wide range of clients across 2 commercial gyms, I now work exclusively with women who are looking to build strength and muscle, as well as improving fitness levels.
Fitness to me is not just about looking better, but also moving better, feeling a lot better and performing better in everyday activities.

Hybrid training is a mixture of 1-1 and online coaching. This means that you get the benefit of face-to-face support and expertise, as well as help and support outside of your PT sessions.
£195 per month
One 1-1 PT Session every week. My goal is not only to motivate, but to educate. I will guide you through a strength-based programme and show you how to lead a healthy lifestyle, without making sacrifices
Access to a premium training app, with a fully bespoke online programme to follow during your solo gym sessions. This will contain full explanations and video demonstrations of all exercises
Access to all 10 of my e-books, including recipe books, at home training guides, women's health information and how to get the most out of your training programme
I provide nutritional guidance and a free phone consultation with a Qualified Dietician, who I work closely with. I can also provide you with a discounted meal prep service to help you achieve your goals
